In order to be eligible for a refund, you must send the item back to us. in the same condition as you received it . The product must be returned complete, including any accessories, and in a condition allowing the product to be put back on sale. In addition, you must use its original packaging.
You have a 15 day period from receipt of your items to claim a full refund from us and 30 days to return the product to us as is. After the 14-day period to inform us, and the 30-day period to return the goods to us, you will not be able to obtain a refund on your order.
The return costs are your responsibility, only the shipping costs paid on the order are refundable.
Once your package has been received, our team will inspect the items to verify compliance with the reasons for the return. You will be notified by email when we have received your order.
If your request is approved and the items in your return comply with a re-sale or have a proven manufacturing defect, you will then be refunded the full amount of your order. You will be refunded within 48 hours, directly to the payment method you used to place the order.
It is impossible to cancel an order during delivery, you must wait until you have received your items to return them to us and be eligible for a refund.
If you have chosen the free delivery option, we refuse to refund any order that has been lost or stolen during transit. We are unable to obtain proof of theft or loss, which is why we invite you to turn to the secure delivery if you want to benefit from reimbursement in the event of a dispute.

If you have purchased an item whose size, color or model does not suit you and you wish to obtain a different variant in exchange, please contact us by email at the following address: contact@simmandalias.com specifying your name, your order number and the variant of your choice as well as the word "FEEDBACK" in the subject of the email. Delivery costs related to the return will be invoiced to you.
